STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL IN THE BAKERY INDUSTRY(A CASE STUDY OF HIGHLIFE BAKERY EMENE ENUGU)

 

ABSTRACT:

 

This work gives a statistical quality control in the bakery industry(a case study of highlife bakery Emene Enugu). A hundred and twenty questionnaires were shared amongst employees of highlife bakery Emene Enugu. Interviews and surveys were also conducted.

 

Primary and secondary data were used the analysis. Both frequency distribution and regression analysis were used.

 

It was observed therefore that there is poor quality control in the bakery industry. This is caused by the poor performance of the regulatory authorities. And this has a significant negative effect on the Nation.

 

The work is made of five chapters with bibliography and list of references.
